going downhill from so-so

I've been here for going on 2 years and thank God my lease is about to be up. Overall, it has been a so-so place, but recently things have been going more downhill. There are alot of car break-ins. I had mildew growing on and in my walls that had to be fix/repaired 3 times within 2 years. The stench was terrible and it severely damaged my furniture, not to mention set off my asthma and allergies. TO TOP EVERYTHING OFF though is that recently, some idiot decided to take a crap at the base of the stairs(this came from no dog). Management was notified by several people and they promised they'd "send someone to clean it up right away". Instead, IT STAYED OUT THERE FOR A WEEK!!!!! Hot temps did not help either. That's what helped me make my decision on whether or not to renew my lease this summer. What a disgusting turn-off!
