I currently live here and have experienced the rudeness of management firsthand. I have had several much-needed repair orders over the last few months. Management is slow to respond and when they do the job is poorly done. I have had to complain continuously until its done right. The manager, Chrissy Blum, is as rude as they come! She is more likely to argue with you than to provide a helpful solution. Recently a neighbor in the complex had their apartment broken into. The neighbor told me that management has been unresponsive and unsympathetic. I just heard that new tenant were moving in and had items stolen from their moving truck. I only regret that my lease is recently renewed. I cant wait to move out of this place as soon as I can. From all appearances this is a very nice neighborhood, and for the most part I feel safe. but its apparent that crime is beginning to infiltrate while the management sits idly by...only caring that your rent it paid.

are all these negative reviews for AG I or AG II? I'll be moving to AG II next month.
