I have lived here for 2 years and am very happy, over all, here. I love the balcony and having the washer and dryer in the apt. is great! There has been an occasional problem with resident's children behaving badly ( pulling fire alarms, etc.) but the management was quick to handle it in a professional manner. I have to say I am very content and feel safe on my upper floor, as a single woman that is important to me. Funny how a street can change the crime area. I wouldn't go to Morningside for love or money!!! I have always found the maintance crew curtious, professional, and very adept at what they do...if I have a problem they fix it right..the first time! All in all I am very happy here.
