The office staff is very helpful and friendly. The pool is decent sized and is regularly open and clean with adequate signing for information for the pool and the office. The walls are very thin, and if you live below other apartments, you can hear footsteps and other things at night. Kids are a problem in the neighborhood with constant property destruction and footballs being thrown at cars. The parents don't care, from what I've seen. There are limited washers and dryers in the building if you don't have one of your own, and it's expensive. The dryers are ok most of the time, but watch out for kids and other people that could be bothered by living behind the washroom - I have had the dryer turned off on me before. People will also take your laundry out so they can wash theirs. Very inconsiderate. Nobody cares to know who you are, so it's better to keep to yourself. When it snows - let's hope you have a decent car that can go uphill on slippery slopes. The two roads that can get you out on the main road of 140/Reisterstown Road are some of the last roads that get plowed. Parking is a hassle, and only one side of any building can get DirecTV. If not, you're stuck with Comcast. The door that held the heating unit was never sealed properly, so in the winter, I had higher gas bills and the apartment was still cold.

The apartments are rather small, but if you don't have a lot of stuff to live with, then it should be fine. The master bedroom in a 2 bed/1bath will fit a King-Size bed with additional space for furniture.
