The worst management company around the area! Staff are rude when you try to work something out with them. Never gave out notices on when maintenance would come in and most of the time when they leave, they will leave your door unlocked. They always come in and make a mess in the apt - black foot prints in the bathroom, hunge black hand/finger prints on the walls, and trash on the floor. When i called the management staff to ask them to come and clean up, they told me to wash the walls myself.

I live in AGII. You forgot a few things, like having to call for maintenance at least 3 times and then having to write a letter of complaint before they come to fix something. I had problems with my fridge for 3 months. They never came to fix it until I got up one morning and everything in my freezer had defrosted. I had to fight with them to replace a 15 year old refrigerator and then had to leave work to let them in because they lost my key yet again. I wrote a letter to the company and never heard a word from them. For those considering moving in, I hope you are handy.
