They get you to move in with a nice 1st year rent, then it goes up about $80 every year..after the 3rd increase, I complained, we agreed on a fair increase, when my lease was renewed, the 'fair increase' was forgotten, according to the rental office it never happened, apparently I imagined the whole conversation. Plus local food places aren't delivering here anymore because 3 delivery men got robbed..Don't do it. PLUS, I live in AG II which is supposed to be the nicer complex. UH, NO.

Wow, I lived in AGII for 2 years. I see not much has changed since I left. My apartment was broken into and quite a few valuables were stolen. Management was very uncaring/unsympathetic. They actually expected my wife and I to spend the night in the apartment the night after the robbery with the bedroom window completely busted out! I had to demand they send someone immediately! If Chrissy Blum is still the manager there, she is the absolute worst! She has the nastiest disposition and she's always ready to argue, regardless of what your complaint is. I remember once I complained to Time Management Group about the AG II manager, instead of handling the complaint themselves, those imbicils actually sent my letter to the manager for her to handle! Yes, the same manager I was complaining about! There simply is no proper channel through which justified complaints are appropriately handled. Additionally, the wooded surroundings lend to the unsafe environment. I couldnt wait until my lease was up. I would advise NOONE to live there. And lastly, it wasnt until I moved to a nicer and much larger apartment (that was less expensive by the way) that I realize how truly small those boxy little apartments at AGII really are! STAY AWAY! NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE HASSLE!!!

It's definitely not worth the hassle. Cheers to the people who have guts enough like us to write reviews like this!
Chrissy - if you're still there - go find another job, please. You're not doing AG any good. And if it's not Chrissy as the manager - same thing. They need someone who actually CARES.

I lived at AGI for nine years. It was a nightmare. Living in the third floor apartment during the summer, My family would literally burn up. Management could not fix the air conditioner problem and recommend me and my family to go and stay in club house to keep cool. Some changes took place to apartment building when chrissy Blume moved in the second floor apartment with her family, but It still wasn't that great. The rent went up by leaps and bounds. It took them forever to respond to fixing problems in apartment. This was my first time living in an apartment and the worst experience I have ever had. I advise anyone who is looking for apartment to shop around and if you have to choose an apartment make this your last choices.

The place is a hole, you'd probably be better off living in your auto. Cheers
