I have been living at Allyson Gardens II for the past year. I decided at the last minute that I was going to renew my lease. (at first I was going to move to try to get closer to work) The office staff, Dee and especially Angie were very kind, understanding and professional about my needs and my situation. As far as maintainence goes, I have never had a problem. I will say, one of the reasons why is because I had a maintainence man who lived in my building. I never ever had a problem with parking and I have always felt safe around here. As far as unwanted guests and such, I have NEVER HAD A PROBLEM! I hope this review has been helpful for any potential resident.
