In hind sight I would not have moved here. The noise of neighbors above and people walking/running up and down the stairs is ridiculous. You can literally feel the vibration EVERY TIME while sitting in your living room. I have lived here for the past 2 years because I am so tired of moving. The maintenance requests were done very slow and some of maintenance men tend to hang out on the lower levels of the buildings and in the gym (storage closet for broken equipment). Creepy! The apartment is in a wooded area, so if you are afraid of bugs (spiders, praying mantis, etc) you will hate leaving and entering your apartment during the summer. If you have the extra cash, do yourself a favor, don't move here.

that is funny that you mention the "vibrations" when i'm sitting in my living i feel them allllll the time and i'm on the top floor. i can't wait til my lease is up. 3 years is enough.
