Don't be led by the rental price, you get what you pay for. There was a shooting about a year ago which I actually had to take cover from the hail of gunfire. Countless times I've seen police show up for whatever domestic dispute or fight that is occurring. Every month there are a number of County Sheriff notices of nonpayment of rent which may indicate of the quality of you neighbors. Nobody watches their children so they yell and carry on in up and down the stairs. The bathroom looks as if it hasn't been updated since the place was built in the 50's or 60's.
