At first glance this community looks like a great deal, a steal in fact! But nothing could be further from the truth. The management(Which is new)is horrible, unaccommodating, and rude.

They had told us upon moving in that the problems reported by the formed tenants had been fixed, this was a lie! The apartment management had promised us quick action in moving us to another place of residence. This action took longer than a week to be accomplished. While we sat in a apartment that had major problems. This is and was unacceptable!

The neighbors (while some are very nice) are loud and have no regard for the other people living in the building. Pit bulls are also present in the community even though management say's they are strictly forbidden.

Safty is also an issue! There have been shootings and break-in's in the past couple of months. We have had random people knocking on our door in the middle of the night asking for people who no longer live here. Im not going to speculate as to what for, but im sure you can imagine.

The amenities that they speak of are truly a joke! The fitness center at first glance looks very nice, but once you walk in you will find that more than 50% of the machines are broken and have been for at least six months. The pool is very dirty and is only open for the most inconvenient hours and closed on Mondays!

I would not suggest anyone move into this community. They promise to be above and beyond your expectations in their brochure, but the truth is they will be beyond your expectations in procrastination and untimely service.
