We just moved in about a week ago and everything seems wonderful. The leasing people are very nice. The area seems very safe. I walk to the metro everyday since it is only about a mile away, very convienient. The workout facility could use some updated equipment, but at least they have one. The patios with grills between each apartment are very nice and make it easy to walk down the stairs and grill out for dinner. No problems so far...Im not sure why people were giving bad reviews.
