I'm not sure about that last person but they
must have the wrong Briarwood. Never had a problem, staff is great, grounds are well taken care of and moving in was easy. Apartments are a little expensive but the cheaper ones are exactly that. I am happy with my decision and was surprised to read the trash talk.
