I must say I am shocked by some of the comments that have been made. I love living here and have no complaints. I have never had a problem in my apartment or with the staff. To the person who called them scam artists, give me a break. I have lived here for 5 years and believe me, I have never had better service and/or genuine kindness from other and even more expensive communities. The staff is nothing but friendly to me and my family. My husband and I would love to buy a house but the timing is not right so for now, this is the perfect place for us. After living here and visiting all of the other properties in Owings Mills, I must say that this one surpasses them all. The property even has very nice parties throughout the year that are catered. I feel that I am not only living in a beautiful home but a real community that I am proud to be a part of. I can't imagine why anyone would write such horrible comments about the staff. Because I am a long time resident I take it personally and have to commend the staff for being so professional. I'm sure they have had to deal with people like you often.
To the person who is thinking about living here, don't listen to the negative comments. Like I said, in the 5 years that I have lived here, I should know best.
