I would just like to say that I am very unhappy with Briarwood. I have asked to get out of our lease 30 days early. ONLY 30 days. Im a first time home buyer and found a great house I couldnt turn down. Briarwood will NOT work with me. They said it would cost about $5000 to get out after I pay all the fines and what not. When we first moved it we thought the staff was great, but now Im very unhappy. The buildings itself are great, parking is bad, but other then that we liked it. Its not like we are asking to get out 6 months early. I can see where their priorties are for people! And dont let them fool you about the "special" deal you get, because once that year is over watch out!!! Youll see how bad the rent goes up. Id reconsider before moving in.

Breaking a lease is the same at Briarwood as you would find at any other apartment complex. If this is anyone's fault its yours for signing it to begin with.
