I lived at Briarwood for 2 years and just recently moved out. I had no problem getting my deposit back and have never thought that the management is bad. They were always nice and professional any time I had dealings with them. I am surprised to hear of others giving bad ratings as it is quite the opposite of my experience. I guess different strokes for different folks eh'
