I have been a resident for several years. There is good and bad just like any other place. The dog poop situation has gotten a lot better. They have tried to fix the situation. The Assistant Manager is really nice and friendly. Always willing to help. Deal with her if at all possible. The fitness center and business center are alright. The apartments are pretty spacious. The hallways are always clean. The pool is way too small always crowded, but oh well. The intercom system only works half the time so you end up having to go up and down the stairs for deliveries. Customer service could be a lot better!!! For one they never answer the phone, I don't care what time you try to call. I have called several times and then walked straight into the office, and everyone is just sitting around. I have witnessed on more than one occassion, when they just flat out ignored it. Everyone wasn't busy either. The manager is rude, unhelpful, and doesn't act like she give a hoot if you know it. She defitnely needs to consider a job where she doesn't have to deal with people. Parking is is limited which can be annoying. The maintenance team has gone down hill majorly. It used to be the best! Not the case anymore. They make appointments with you, don't call, don't show. When they finally do show up an hour later, no apologies or anything. When the old maintenance supervisor was here, things were a lot different. The team was reliable, nice and professional. They should have never let him go. All and all this place has its ups and downs. Its not the worst place to live in Owings Mills, but they have things they need to work on. Like customer service!!!

They must have hired their maintenance staff from Comcast. I know what you mean about the office staff-there is one blond girl in particular that likes to act like she is helping you by telling you what ever is most likely to keep you from yelling at her and she never passes on messages. Wish I knew her name.

I have actually lived here for more than a few years and have not experienced bad customer service from the staff, but then again I don't complain about every little thing either. They are humans too and I'm sure they get a little tired of dealing with all the a-holes in Owings Mills. I can say that I really liked the old maintenance guys a lot better but never had a problem with the manager, she's cool and has always been responsive. I would definitely reccomend this property and I already have.
