If you're looking for a safe apartment in the Owings Mills area, this is the place. I've been here for 2 years. Just like everything else, the rent has increased. I purchased a house, so that's my reason for leaving. If you can afford the extra $, go for this complex! Beware of other apartments in the area. If you want to live in a "ghetto," Briarwood isn't for you!
