Too Expensive for the Rent they charge

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
For the rent charged by Briarwood, you would think that they would offer more amenities than other Luxury apartments. But there is really not much they offer besides a swimming pool. The office staff is good but I would say that they are at least 10% more expensive than other similar apartments with much better facilities. The other problem is that most tenants don't clean their dog leaves behind. Parking is OK.
