Good complex. Was "home" for 3 years of my life. Close to metro (but that could be a bad thing). Across the street from a FoodLion, Wendy's, Lakeside Liquors, and Fortune China. Close to restaurants like Don Pablo's, Red Robin, and Tony Roma's. But too close to the ---- mall and movie theatres. That's the reason I moved. Too many ----IES moving to the area. Felt unsafe. Had the emblems stolen from both my cars in the apartment parking lot. Apartment does have a pool, but too many little Tootsie Rolls running around and screaming that you can't relax. Briarwood was good about 4 years ago when the people who lived there were professionals, NOT from the city and relocated to the "burbs". So if you can tolerate ---- people, then this is a good place to live.

You are entitled to your opinion but you are a dumb ass (so is the other reviewer). I lived here and it "turning ----" as you called it was not an issue, and I am not "----". The apartment was nice, my neighbors were nice and the area was convenient. Living in any one area that is one persuasion isn't good for anyone. I currently live in a building where there are no individuals of color and I have had more issues with loud music and televisions, animals and just terrible lack of personal respect and it has not been the "tootsie rolls", that I have had problems with running in front of or standing behind my car when it is in motion. So please, if you are going to review, you need to review on the quality of the apartment and not your personal skinhead opinions.

the original poster did review the quality of the apartment. he/she commented on the close metro station, the restaurants, and shopping all within convenience. but he/she did bring out some negative aspect on the building, like the emblems getting stolen from his/her cars.
YOU are the one who brought up the ----- people with loud music/tv and ----- people who lack personal respect. you even brought up the SKINHEADS who live there. so why don't YOU review on the quality of the apartment instead of the "troubling ----- people"
i guess, at the end of the day, it's just not a good place to live...----- or "----"

The racist remarks on this site are un-real. Yes, people who are ghetto whether they are black or ----- is a prolem. I live in Cockeysville surrounded by a bunch of ----- trash. THEY are the one causing all of the issues here. The black people or tootsie rolls as you call it, aren't the issue. Oh, and this is coming from someone who isn't black. I am Italian and Korean
