We enjoyed the community at first, but things have since gone downhill. It is impossible to reach someone at the leasing office via phone. I once tried calling for 30 minutes with no success and when I made the walk over the staff was just sitting around doing nothing. Maintenence never calls you back or responds to your needs either. Furthermore, they do not ever knock when they enter your apartment. They overlook a lot of issues on your original walkthrough of the apartment, but then later penalize you for the same issues when you try to move out to suck more money out of your pockets. The staff appeared friendly, until you inform them that you will be moving out. Then they have no time to answer any of your questions or to retrive your packages for you. Very phony.

The actual apartment is ok for the most part. Though I have noticed the horrible paint job done and that the carpet litterally sucks up off the floor when you vaccuum. There are cracks between the wall and the ceiling in the bathroom as well.

Beware any move in offers or discounts as well. It may seem nice, but the expect the money back when you move out.

All in all, there are much better communities to rent in the area. Don't waste your time visiting this one.
