I have lived here for about one year. Thank god my lease is running up in a couple months. I moved here to get away from the city but it seems like the city is just following me. The people moving into the apartments here are hood. They are rude and obnoxious. I guess they fit in perfectly with the staff. There is one----------------------------- hair who has serious attitude. Very unprofessional. Does not seem to care and when I go to pick up a package, she makes it feel like I am bothering her. HELLO! That's your job. I am black and I am appauled by the actions of my people that live here. NO RESPECT! There are a bunch of hoodlums who hang around the property with nothing to do but look suspicious. The pet owners here are horrible too. They let their dogs run around and never pick up after them. I can't wait to move out of this jungle.

I had the same problems with that office girl. I think ---- is her name. Very rude!

---- was our leasing agent when we moved in a couple months ago. She was very helpful during the initial stages, and answered all of our questions. Since then, I have only interacted with her when I pick up packages or go in to pay rent, but she always greets me with a smile and remembers my name, which is nice. Maybe its becuase she was our agent that she is nice to us, I don't know. Hopefully it is nothing racial. As for the "hood" status, I have to agree, at times. There are groups of teens and twenty-somethings hanging around outside and sometimes in the stairways smoking and talking loudly. I assume they don't live here, and just hang out, so other than them I haven't run into any rude people living in the apartments. The management claims to be aware of this problem and they are working on fixing it. I also agree about the dogs owners here, some people with some pretty big dogs just leave the feces laying there. I have a small dog, and always pick up after her with the convenient bags that are provided, but apparently others do not feel it is convenient enough...

I don't think ---- is rude, that's too much. Just she needs a little bit more business communication skills. As a front desk staff, it's very important to make ppl feel they are talking to somebody who will help them, instead of a lawyer who will screw them.

Well, thank god I have not experienced ANY of that. I moved here in September and I live in one of the Townhouses. I love the townhouse and my immediate neighbors are pleasant. ---- was professional and had the tendency to ACT stuck up but I dismissed her and made sure I presented myself as the Diva I am. Have Not had an issue w/her. Jesse the maintainance guy is very helpful. If anything, the people in the apartments keep parking in front of my townhouse instead of in front of their building. That prevents our two car home from being able to park in front of our townhome.
