Good community, office staff needs a little bit more training

With 1300 price tag for a 2 br apt, the community got be nice. But don't expect much from the leasing office staff. Bozzuta, as the management company, tried really hard to make you feel it's a luxuray community, while the office staff can easily mess things up, making the company's effort a waste. By the way, Bozzuta will ignore your complaint thoroughly.
I moved here from a cheap apartment ($720 for 2 br). I can assure you the leasing office of the cheap property did a much better job than that of Briarwood. The major difference is not how nice the leasing office is, it's the way they treat people in a professional way.
