Have lived here for 2 1/2 years. The complex and apartments are nice. Management is generally good, although I haven't had many problems to address with them. If you do come, make sure you get the rent in on time. I was one day late (actually I dropped it off first thing on the morning following the due date), on one occasion, and they charged a massive fee. I think it worked out to be about 20% of rent at the time. Not a chance of leniency, despite having missed no other payments. Same problem with rent increases, it spikes big time after the lease is up, so make sure to anticipate it. Also, hope for decent neighbors above you, otherwise it can get really loud.

My biggest beef with the place is the people that live in and around it. Its gotten ghetto. I have had to call the police on several occasions for thugs trying to break into cars. I contacted management, suggesting that they send a notice out to be sure to lock cars / remove personal items. It was never pursued by management; maybe an impression thing. At one point a group of them threw snowballs at my freaking car to initiate a fight. When I got out they offered to let me give them head, and asked if I wanted to fight about it. They also called me "whitey"; I thought the racial slur was unnecessary. Its not uncommon to see groups of thugs hanging around. Also, good luck with the shopping center across the street. I avoid it because of the same issues. My understanding is that section 8 (subsidized housing) is immediately across the street, bringing in a lot of thug life. Apparently there is extensive crime there. I am moving largely because of the ghetto and having to worry about my fiance getting mugged walking in.
