I have to agree with the other post here. I just wish someone had warned me a year ago. Briarwood is required to respond to your request about issues, but they will claim they never got the message. They charge an extra $200 a year to keep the grounds up, but I wonder what they do with that money because there is garbage everywhere and dog waste in piles in common areas.
The office staff with one exception is rude and condescending.
The computer room will occasionally have porn left up on one of the screens so beware.
It really is a shame because I think this could be a really nice place to live if they just worked at it a little. Starting with the office and maintance staff.

Too many darkies there. That's why I moved the heck out of there when I had my chance. Section 8 is destroying Owings Mills. They ruin everything.
