When I signed this lease last summer, I had no idea I would be living at the Baltimore Zoo. Monkeys, Gorillas, Hyenas, Hippos, and whatever wildlife you see on a safari. Such an influx of Section 8ers. They dominate this area, crowd the stairways, hang out by the pool, watch porn in the leasing office, swing on the exercise equipment, smoke weed in the parking lot, leave their trash on the ground. I feel sorry for the "normal" AAs because these animals are giving them a bad name. Yes, we do associate all of them in the same subculture. It does take ONE bad apple to ruin the whole batch. That is why they are so behind in society. So after this species broke into my car and vandalized the property time and time again, I feel it is necessary for me to end my lease early and move out of the concrete ------. King King can not bother me anymore. The leasing staff is just as incompetent. I guess I can not blame them since they have job duties similar to veterinarian technicians or zookeepers. Cleaning up after these beasts would lead me to rude attitudes too. Anyways, I can not wait to move into my condo away from this cesspool. Let them multiply and destroy each other. As long as they are not within a 30 mile radius of me.

Way to go!!! I used to live there until I purchased a home. I noticed that the complex was getting a bit "ghetto." Sounds like I left at a good time!!!!!!

What ever happened to (shape up or ship out)! It's like Managers do not care anymore. Anything goes & communities all over are going downhill and are allowing ANYBODY to move in. You work all day only to come home to someone who lives near you who is on section 8, who was home all day doing absolutely nothing. As soon as you come home this individual decides to be inconsiderate & run the streets like a thirty-forty year old teenager yelling, screaming, and acting like a complete idiot w/ no self control and blasting their music loud enough for the world to hear. When I was coming up, section 8 people were in section 8 homes, not mixed in w/ the working community. Don't get me wrong their are some people who are trying to become better & move on from whatever their situation is.. BUT then their are the other people who simply do not care!

Ok, I'm glad you gave your input about the community, but you made YOURSELF sound completely ignorant. Yes, we all know recipients of Section 8 are less that favorable neighbors, but come on now. For you to categorize all ------- American's and make it seem like they are all one in the same, that is completely unfair and rude. That's very stereo typical. How would you feel if I said ALL white people have lice and smell like wet dogs and bologna??? You are jsut being stereo typical. It may be true that the trouble makers were black, but you just happen to be unfortunately surrounded by the wrong type of ------. I am Black, 26 years old, engaged, no children and have a Law Degree from Columbia University. Additionally I own my own home in Montgomery county. I have never once made loud noise, vandalized property or done anything in my living environment that would cause displeasure to a neighbor. This is my first year in my field and I grossed a little over $150,000. I am the product of a single mom who received welfare and was on section 8, until she could do better for herself. While in college, I too received foodstamps, and lived in sub-par neighborhoods. While I was growing up we lived in Baltimore City and Dundalk. Now my mom is married, off of Government Assistance and makes over $300,000 per year as the Partner of her Firm. Additionally, my mom had to raise 2 other children as well. So just because we were black, poor and on welfare doesn't give you or anyone else the right to judge us. We are probably a lot better off than you. I only came on this site to help a friend make a decision about whether to sign her lease. Decision made. If there are ignorant people like YOU living there, she needs to look elsewhere. I don't blame you and I'm not scrutinizing you for your observation or statement about the section 8 residents, and their lack of respect for neighbors or property because you are probably right. I do look down upon you for your lude comments that state we as ------ are all one in the same. I hope YOU don't live with in a 30 mile radius of ME. You are lucky you are typing this crap and not saying it because if those section 8 people got wind of this, I don't think you would be ABLE to live in your Condo. Get my drift???

HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA to the person who "owns" his own home in MoCo......you crack me up dude......why did you move to montgomery county? to get away from the crazies who ruin cities and neighborhoods.....who bring crime and drugs into the community......who bring down property value to homes.......who kill the school districts by having 50% graduation rates......yes! there are those who realize what is going on and are trying to make a change......and when they do, they leave their environment and go out and try and blend in with the jews, whites, and asians.......congrats to your degree and your career......while you are just a needle in a haystack....the section 8ers are dime a dozen.......... and way to finish off your post.......threatening me by saying i would get killed if section 8ers caught "wind" of this.......you just demoted them to the lowest status on the human food chain.......saying that they have no remorse for life or themselves and would blast away someone for their thoughts and opinions.......maybe it is true and that evolution hasn't progressed in some beings where their fontal lobes are less pronounced......leading to lack of consequences in their decision making skills btw.......i live over 2500 miles from you.......med school was kind to me

First I would like to say that being black does not mean that you are ghetto. I am amazed at how stupid some people really are. I wonder if you lived in Dundalk or Highlandtown if you would call the ghetto whites animals. And if you watch the news or even take a drive in the neighborhoods, you will see the same behavior if not worse. When your lease is up, I suggest you move to Essex, Highlandtown, or Dundalk with your kind that are prostitutes, drug atticks, drug dealers, and all other trash. Maybe you will feel a bit more comfortable. The "Normal AA" - (Whatever that is)

White people are stupid. I thought AA was a size of a battery. I visited West Virginia and saw white people doing crazy stuff like getting married to family members and animals. I guess black people moved because the white trailer park people also on section 8 made property value go down. I'm black and never used welfare. I'm from N.C. and was stationed here in Maryland. More whites are on government programs. They kill people too. The only this is they eat the people too. Most of the stuff I typed Is just making fun of the stupid white people on the site talking trash. When they see a black person the wont say nothing because they would get a fist in the mouth. If management lied, it might be in the best interest of all involved to get the right explaination for the betrayal. I would just like to say that this is not the view of all tenants at this apartment complex. I am white, and have a black boyfriend and we have lived here for over 3 years. Yes, there are some bad tenants, and they may be black, however there are plenty of white tenants that are just as bad. You can't blame a bad tenant on section 8...the person is the bad tenant not the situation. I just want anyone who is reading this post that not all of the people living here feel this way, however I would warn you that there are quite a few white people with this view in the area...you can see that at the local grocery store or mall.
