I have lived here for 10 months now, we were really happy when we first moved in but like many people have noticed the change in atomsphere since January 2008. Maintance trys their best to keep up with all requests in 24 hours but sometimes in takes a couple extra days (which comes off your rent so that is good). Overall Briarwood has clean appartments and the walls are thick so we rarely hear the neighbors which was one of my biggest worries. I recommend the top floor and ask about what kind of dogs are around you before you move in because man do they like to bark around here! I personally haven't had any issues with vandalism but do notice more people hanging out in the parking lot. The main concern when we moved in was people not picking up their dog waste but the community in general seems to be going downhill fast and we will not be renewing our lease in 2 months.
