Moved in not knowing the area, The apt I was promised was not ready, had to take 4th floor apt due to time line of starting a new job. Kitchen floor, bubbled, kitchen cabinet had a hole in it. A/C did not work the the first two weeks. I then lost my job after relocating and had only been in the apt about 2 weeks and requested a pardon which fell on deaf ears. Total devisation and the lack of compassion for a human life from this company is totally unprofessional and shows the lack of greed to meet quotes and not caring about people.I was honest and just wanted to save my credit. Think twice before signing anything.

I totally agree!! I almost moved here, I was told to come back twice to see my actual apt because they wanted to keep showing the model instead! When I finally demanded for someone to give me a date the maintenece manager spoke as if my one bedroom was not important by saying "what the JUNIOR 1 bedroom". They did not want to give me answers more so speak when I walked into the rental office they continued to eat cookies and carry on their conversations. I am glad i chose Riverstone!!!
