Staff is very helpful, maintenance is always very prompt, close to everything. Have had no problems!

Management is lying. I have lived here since 2004 it was a great place to live at first. I'm not sure how long they have had section 8 but it seems like everything changed in 2007. I don't knock people on section 8 but the ones who don't work hard like others tend not to appreciate where they live so their kids just ruin everything. Bad ass kids were smoking weed in my building, stealing plants off my stand outside my door, hanging out in vacant apartments. I haven't seen these bad ------- in a while but who knows when somemore will be back. Also we downsized to another apt and the blinds were bent up the carpet has a big ass hump in it. The screen door blinds were taped up and stuck back in the slots. I wanted to transfer but they give you some -------- about that. You can't transfer in the middle of your lease because it's like breaking a lease. Im renewing this year only because it's to much to move right now with work/school but you better believe I'm out of here 2010. Oh yeah management def sucks they don't know what the hell they are doing most of the time. Word to the wise before you move in inspect your apartment yourself look behind your refridge and stove because we had roaches back there and I was on zap out mode but that problem was fixed even thought i recently saw a roach in the hallway. PEACE
