Briarwood is a great community and I am sad to leave the place I've called home for the last year. The staff is excellent, easy to get along with, and cute (definitely an important quality!). Maintenance never took longer than a day to respond to anything I had problems with, even if it was something minor. The rent is a bit pricey, but about on par with the other places I checked out in the area. As a young professional, I am moving out because Owings Mills doesn't have much going on in terms of a social life, but I will always remember Briarwood as an excellent place to live!
