the apartments are somewhat new, so one would think everything is fine. I happened to lived on the 3rd floor and above me was someone who danced flamenco all day and night or not sure what the quality of the construction is. If you're not annoyed by neighbors noise, which I was, then maybe this overpriced apartment complex is good for you. Conveniently located near the metro station and far away from civilization. Your choice.
