Great Place to Live

My experience at Briarwood was excellent. However, I completely agree that the apartment has gone downhill under the new management. When I first lived there, I mistakenly locked my keys in my car when I was paying the rent. The office was closed as it was a Sunday. My wallet and cell phone were in my car, which, by the way, was running. I somehow got a hold of a neighbor's phone and called managment. Within 5 minutes, the manager came by and opened my apartment (no charge) and with a smile. Luckily, I had a spare set of car keys in my apartment. I apologized and thanked him profusely since I had to catch a flight within an hour.
However, this happened with the prior management. The new management is not as pleasant to deal with. The apartment was clean and brand new when I lived there. I had absolutely no problem with noise and I am a sensitive sleeper.
There was a crazy guy who lived in my building who would walk around in his Daisy Dukes and hide behind the dumpster. He was scary and would not be surprised if he was involved in the incident the other critic mentioned. Anyway, I recommend this place for the apartment and not for the service.
