I have a top floor apartment in the back, so I don't hear ANYTHING. The applicances aren't the greates. Parking is terrible at certain times during the day. I love the size of the rooms, I have a fire place and cathedral ceilings. I love the garage, although detached (a little exercise is good for anyone). Love the maintenance crew. However, the office staff is unprofessional and incompotent. They can use a class in customer service (always given at the communtiy college). Rent is a little pricey. Overall, I love it.
