Haven for Drug Dealers

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
This is a place where drug dealers have retreated to from Baltimore City. The endless stream of transients are a dangerous signal. Police at my door looking for former residents. Sirens are the norm. Soon, I anticipate gun fire.

I will let you read about the staff from the other reports.

When you see the Apartments of Winterset sign, keep driving.
