I LIVED AT WINTERSET FOR FOUR YEARS. THE WHOLE TIME MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN RUDE, NASTY AND PREJUDICE TOWARDS THERE OWN KIND.THE COMMUNITY MANAGER ACTS AS IF SHE DOESN'T LIKE ------- AMERICANS. SHE MOVES ALL THE ------ TO WINTERSET WAY AND THE WHITES TO CLAIRLEIGH (UP THE HILL). THE APARTMENTS ARE VERY NICE MAINTENANCE IS VERY GOOD BUT THE MANAGEMENT STAFF NEEDS A MAKE OVER. YOU SPEND ALL THIS MONEY TO LIVE IN OWINGS MILLS BUT THE STAFF LOOKS AN ACTS AS IF YOUR IN THE INNER CITY. WHO EVER THE OWNER IS TO THIS COMMUNITY HELP, HELP , HELP SAVE YOUR INVESTMENT. THE TURN OVER IS VERY HIGH.
