I lived there for three years w/my two kids and the only issue I really had was with the parking situation; if you have two or more vehicles it can be tight finding something close to your unit, especially late in the day. If you have a lot of guest, this will be difficult...car pool! Aside from that, the management & maintenance staff were fine and handled issues timely and effectively. I never encountered any problems of disrespect or theft as reported at other places. I guess people expect an apartment to be something more than what it is...a collective of people RENTING living spaces. There will always be loud, disrepectful, dirty, and other bad habit/lifestyle people no matter where you go...no matter how much you pay...renting or buying! Get to know your neighbors, develope a civil relationship in your community and work together...stop whining and mumbling under your breath!
