My husband and I went to view the apartments and see if they had any available units. We went on a Saturday. To our surprise when we went to open the door of the leasing office, the door was locked. We looked at the hours of operation sign once more to ensure that we weren't mistake about them being opened on Saturdays, we weren't. After knocking on the door for about 3-4 minutes, a lady finally came to the door, opened it and looked at us as if we were aliens, with a look like why are you knocking on the door. We had to ask her if we could come in, telling her that we were interested in an apartment there. When we walked into the lobby area, we saw that she had the tv on in the sitting area and there was a guy there with her and she acted like we were interrupting her. She stated that they didn't have any available 1 bedrooms and didn't even take our name or phone number down to call us when one came available, instead she gave us one of her cards to call her, which I immediately tossed in the trash on our way out. After that initial experience, we decided not to consider moving there.

I had the same experience years ago when I went for a visit...except instead of at least courteously telling us they didn't have 1 bedrooms, she laughed in our faces as if it was impossible for us to think that they would. I mean please, if they're not going to list their availability online of course we have to call or go and ask now don't we? If you're not a "baller" they don't give a ---- about you at this apartment complex, believe it.
