During my stay, I found the management to be very positive and responsive. I had a few minor maintenance calls, all of which were handled immediately. When I had a problem with someone parking in my assigned space, management actually offerred to post a sign to discourage errant parkers (I passed but appreciated the offer). It's apparent that the on site management tries to do an excellent job and they usually succeed. I live in a building with pets and you rarely hear a dog bark. To hear your neighbors takes an unusually load neighbor. I have no reservation recommending Brookside Commons.
