My partner and I have lived at Cascades Overlook since July 2003. It has been a wonderful experience. The office staff is always friendly and helpful; maintenance responds promptly when called; the apartments are spacious (get one with the "extra room off the kitchen" if you can); just minutes from the metro station, making getting to the inner harbor a breeze; and the area is nice with several shopping options nearby.

It is by far one of the nicest communities for the price!!!!
