Since we moved in this place has gone down hill. They got a new property manager and she is very unhelpful. Parking is horrible unless you get home at 5:00 and stay at home. The security gate serves no purpose because they let everyone in anyway. Its ashame how quickly Cascades Overlook went down hill.
