I have lived in many places and this is the closest to he** by far! The management is rude, uneducated, unresponsive, rude, and very bad spellers. The previous POSITIVE mark had to be from one of the staff...I could tell by the spelling and the ghetto slang used. The rent is not worth what you pay...unless you want to pay for ghetto and for someone to treat you badly when you go to them with questions. Live anywhere but here...I think they are accepting section 8.

I agree with your comments 100%. If the management team is from David S. Brown Company, then yes, there seems to be a common thread with these individuals he has placed in management; the common traits of all his assigned apartment managers are: RUDE, UNRESPONSIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND HIGHLY UNEDUCATED. I think, they may not be high school graduates, because of the way they handle simple issues.
