I have lived here for about a year and have really enjoyed it. The one time I needed a repair, maintence arrived quickly. I've always found a parking space. My apartment is huge, with a nice floor plan. I don't use the fireplace or the balcony, but it's nice to have the option. The exercise room and pool are what you'd expect for a nice apartment complex. I was amazed at how clean the apartment was when I moved in! It was a definitely bonus to have everything spotless.

My only complaints are the slightly drafty windows and a lack of hot water if a lot of people want a shower, but neither are more than minor annoyances.

Overall, a great place to live.
