I have only been living here Since Sept 2006, The apartment was spotless, maintenance is great, so is the staff, The only complaint is that the windows are a bit drafty, and when it rains( maybe depending on the rainfall diretion) water comes in onto the window sill. Very peaceful in my building. The entry of the building on the first floor needs constant care,recommend that it be done for the weekend when people have visitors (Clean Thurs or Friday) so that the first impression is that all is clean and well kept.
