My rental experience at Cascades has turned out to be a total disaster! I moved here from out of state and when I arrived, I was told that the appartment I was assigned was in the wrong community and I would have to vacate that appartment and find another. And of course this happened after the movers had already unpacked half of my belongings. To top if off, the office staff were rude and unhelpful during this time. Surprising since it was their error that landed me in the wrong building! Once in the right apartment, the air conditioning did not function and I got locked out of the complex because they did not give me the correct keys to the entry gate. I informed them of the problem with the gate but the problem STILL has not been corrected.
