This place will screw you blind! We have had numerous problems here and only moved in two months ago. One of the WORST problems is that the management is now forcing us to get rid of our puppy because she LOOKS like a pit bull. She is a mutt and NOT a pit bull, but the rude and very uncaring staff states that the removal of ANY animal is at their discretion at ANY time. So, if you have a long loved family member with four legs and move here, it can be forced out at ANY time for ANY reason or NO reason at all simply because the staff decides it needs to go. After one staff member glanced at our puppy outside and ASSUMED it was a pit bull, the management sent us a letter a few hours later stating they do not allow Pit bulls and a few other stereotyped "dangerous" breeds in the apartment complex. They made absolutely no attempt to call and discuss the matter or confirm the breed with us. In fact they NEVER even asked the breed when they saw us walking our pet. They made an erroneous assumption and are sticking to their mistake and forcing our pet out. Important to know is: there is NO mention in the lease, pet addendum or on their website about ANY breed being prohibited. Nor did they even hint at breed restrictions when we called to confirm weight limitations on pets. Do not be fooled by the smiles of the leasing center employees. As soon as you sign the lease, they no longer care about you, your pets or your living conditions. We have every intention of taking this matter to court and making public the copious offenses of this inhumane apartment complex.
