I guess your experience all depends on where your apartment is and "how often" you want to call to get things fixed. I know when I moved in ...the apartment was not in move-in condition, with broken washer/dryer and holes in window sill to the outside, etc etc. One I called to complain and get these items, fixed...things were a lot better. These apartments are quiet, large, with ample parking if you utilize the back lots. The gated community is not all that it's cracked up to be, just because I see people entering the complex in other formats. The management does switch around a lot, but how often do you have to do with them' The price is right for the size, parking, and amentities that you get. You can pay your rent in the drop box. I'm speaking from experience, as I have lived in many apartments throughout the years. There is always a problem. You just have to pick your battles. If space and price and location is what you want... and your own washer dryer, Cascades is for you. I feel like this is more my condo, than an apartment. Again, location, location, location. Make sure to call about your complaints and get them documented. They will get fixed in time!!

Its a nice place the live but parking sucks. They need visitor parking so I'm not parking outside the gate because peoples friends are taking residents spots. I see about 7 cars with no parking pass. My windows are still not fixed which is causing my my bill to sky rocket. The place is okay but not worth 1300 a month for a 2 bedroom.
