I moved in 3 weeks ago and this was a grave mistake. I can only equate it to buying a new car and finding out I bought a lemon. I smell, feel, and hear everything my neighbor does. I can smell what my neighbors are cooking in my apartment - the smell comes thru my vent. I can hear when my neighbor turns on the water and it is extremely loud - either there is too much pressure on the pipes or there is no insulation. The workmanship of the sheet rock on the walls is shotty at best. When I'm in my bedroom, I can feel every step my neighbor takes. I was promised a new kitchen and foyer floor 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. The apartment is spacious, but I'd rather live in a shoe box than deal with the water pipe noise and becoming nauseous from smelling what others are cooking. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

Do you live on Springwater or Brightwater? I am about to move there and would like to know which buildings are better. Also, do you have a midrise or garden building?

What part of DO NOT RENT HERE did you not understand???? I'm in a garden building...move in at your own risk...I hope you have better luck than I have had!

The insulation is not the best but it is not as bad as you say...the apts are very spacious and I hardly hear what my neighbors are doing. You do realize you live in an apt right? I have been here for 2 yrs and have had nothing but a good experience.
