WELL I TRULY BELIEVE THE APARTMENTS ARE NICE , BIG AND SPACIOUS, I GUESS DEPENDING ON THE UNIT... I REALLY LIKE MY APARTMENT, BUT I DO BELIEVE THE RENT IS TO HIGH......WHEN I MOVED IN ,,,I WAS ELATED TO HAVE A SECURITY GUARD AT THE GATE WELL 3 WEEKS AFTER I MOVED IN THEY REMOVED THE SECURITY DUE TO FINANCIAL REASONS....WHY WE ALL PAY ENOUGH, AND THE GATE NEVER WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!I LIKE THE STAFF, NEVER A PROBLEM.....AN APARTMENT GOT BROKEN INTO ON 4505 BRIGHTWATER,,,,IN MORNING THEY CLIMBED UP BALCONY, THE POLICE INFORMED ME...YOU WOULD THINK THE STAFF WOULD SEND OUT A MEMO, AS WELL AS A CAR BEING STOLEN, ANOTHER PERSON TIRES AND RIMS WERE STOLEN....BUT A GATED COMMUNITY....FOR WHAT WE ARE PAYING...WE DESERVE BETTER TREATMENT .....WE NEED TO COME TOGETHER..........

I totally agree with this message, I feel that the gate should be replaced and have one like the midrise wrought iron usage. They also should be screening the tenants a little more carefully these days and not just let anyone become a tenant just because

I am very surprised to learn about the break in, and vandalism. I haven't heard anything about this. As a current resident, I think it's outrageous how they make sure they put letters on your door to say that you should pay rent on time, but can't fix the doors so that you have to use the key to enter or hire competent leasing staff.

I definitely was not aware of any breakins and vandalism as well and do agree that we as residents do need to come together and sign a petition to get a better gate.
