I'm not sure if these negative reviews are people who were in the back of the complex because I live in the front of the complex near the leasing office and have had nothing but the best experience living here. I've lived here for three years and in the beginning maintenance was a little slow because Brookside Commons (owned by David S Brown) opened and they had to service that place as well as ours but that was cleared up within a month or so. Other than that, maintenance is great, apts are HUGE, rental staff is friendly and the grounds are kept up. The front gate is being reconstructed due to traffic backups. I would recommend this place to anyone.
