Think Carefully before...

Chase Lea is a modest place to call home, however please consider my headaches before making Chase Lea your next apartment home. With the inconvience of the snow being somewhat significant this year 02-03, Chase Lea has done a very poor job of maintaining its walks and parking lots. During our first snow fall of the year the lot was not plowed accept for a one lane strip to drive on, the sidewalks were not touch. Also most maintance request go unanswered and unresolved. The price of rent is average for the area, however several of the apartments need serious repairs like new windows because serious mildew has built up to the point it is eating away at the frame. The apartments at this point need not be called luxury, because they are now 14 years old with no major changes being made. Maybe 10 years ago they were "luxury" however, using the word now is a stretch. The area also has problems with vehicles on the parking lot being broke into - I wouldn't suggest leaving valuables in them. Im not saying its a bad place to live, Ive just become very frustrated with those who over see it daily operation. ALso be prepared for very high energy cost, My electric bill averaged $160 every month because the windows are very drafty for some reason the walk in closets do not appear to be insulated and if the door is shut will become extremly cold and very hot in the summer. Also expect around a 25 Dollar water bill each month.
