Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
This is a nice community but needs updating. The heating systems are woefully inadequate. You will need space heaters to survive. Appliances need replacing and windows are drafty. Nothing seems to be insulated. Paint jobs are bad and your utility bills, BGE and Water are excessively high. It's a real shame because the location is great but management doesn't seem to care a bit.
